Create a ramp up guide

I've been trying to set up Untappd integration so that I can test some changes and it has been like pulling teeth. Maybe adding a contribution guide would be nice?

The untappd integration is a little weird. Mostly because the untappd website wants to redirect you to the main website so you need to manually take that redirect and edit it to send to your local set up.
