nuget package version is incorrect #2

The nuget package is listed as version 8.32.0.10, but the version of pixman included is 0.24.0. In fact, pixman doesn't even have a 1.0 release.

I don't know what the best way is to fix this. I'd advocate unlisting the current package and publishing a new package with the correct version.
