问题简述

根据 base_gb_handler.py/GBHandler，仿照 geabase_handler.py/GeaBaseHandler 构建并完善 NetworkxHandler 类，支持本地 图数据库的存储管理（需要包括本地存储读取）

期望产出

一个PR即可，同时上传可执行的test 文件到 ～/tests/db_handler

能力要求

参考nebula_handler的代码，熟悉python以及ekg_construct_service的逻辑

预计工作量（每个人日按8小时）
