What ist the difference between an 'Interior Blind' and an 'Exterior Blind'?

Describe the bug
I was hoping that one of them sets 'open' to 100% and 'close' to 0 % and the other one vice versa.
But I couldn't find any differences in behavior.

Update: Found the answer myself in the Alexa App - two different things. Please remove this issue.
