Screenshot extension - fails to write output page when exception occurs while taking screenshot on throwable caught

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Create a test that throws an exception and is configured to use ScreenshotExtension 2. Force the ScreenshotTaker.writeScreenshotTo() method to throw an exception What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The spec for the test should be written out, without a screenshot.
No spec is written out.
