install to-filesystem with LUKS (passphrase)?

Hello - I've tried using bootc install to-filesystem --replace=alongside on a system using LUKS (passphrase) encryption but it results in a system that does not work.

I can provide more details, but I was curious if this was a known issue or perhaps I'm using the wrong install options for this type of system?
