I'd like to have what TappedOut has:

Maybe put a stacked bar chart under the deck you're editing with chart.js? It can easily change as the deck changes.

I think I'd try something like this to begin with (very bad mockup made just using the Preview app below):

With the ability to click on it to open a modal with a more precise breakdown/chart of the curve.

This is how it looks in practice with an esper deck:

TBH, not a huge fan of how it looks on the page. I think instead it could be something where instead it displays a bigger chart (like the one you posted) when you hover over the curve section.
