What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any events entered in GroupWise appear in iCal shifted by the time 
difference between the user 
and Mountain Time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
  I expect all my events to appear three hours earlier than they do.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
  v1.0 on 10.4
