Now that the code for PCM is out, is it possible for us to choose between supporting LCM vs PCM in StreamDiffusion?

Specifically, can these functions be adjusted as such? Or would this break things? PCM is addressing some of the issues with LCM.

`# If the loaded model is not LCM, merge LCM

stream.load_lcm_lora()

stream.fuse_lora()`
