Global Before Hooks

I'd like to execute a few hooks commands before any backup runs. I've configured the following but the before commands aren't run. The idea is to wake my desktop computer (running restserver) as a local backup target right before starting backups.

    before:
    - etherwake -b aa:bb:cc:11:22:33
    - sleep 5

Probably we should add some global -> hooks -> backup -> before otherwise there would be no way to distiguish from a autorestic check, backup, restore and so on

I'd also be much in favor of global hooks! I know you can use aliases, but these have their limitations (i.e. I can't make them work for me using ansible to concatenate a autorestic yaml where an alias is defined in one yaml and it's applied on another yaml file, hard to explain).
