Current State:

Simple string storage of sponsorship status
No parsing or categorization
Basic display in messages

Success Criteria:

Create standardized sponsorship categories (e.g., H1B, OPT, None, etc.)
Add sponsorship field validation in read_json()
Update message formatting to show detailed sponsorship info
Store company sponsorship history in previous_data.json
Add sponsorship category to role filtering logic
