这样消息的推送会更加自由，无论是server酱、Bark、pushplus、钉钉都能用

Webhook只是个概念，实际上还是个HTTP回调，比如触发了什么事件（检测到签到），然后请求这个 URL 并带上某种格式的数据，各平台数据格式不一样，自定义的工作最终还是要让使用者来做。
