Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Add first four ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir again. Let sit for 20 minutes so flavors can meld.
