Detect when a user enters an insecure websocket address(ws vs wss) when app loaded from secure context(http vs https).

Provide user with a warning (make address field red)
Provide user instructions for work around (see Mixed Content: The page at 'https://teleop.xyz/' was loaded over HTTPS, but attempted to connect to the insecure WebSocket endpoint 'ws://0.0.0.0:9090/'. This request has been blocked; this endpoint must be available over WSS. #1 (comment))
