Uncorrected page after trying download restricted bitstream by shibboleth login #415

I tried to download restricted bitstream as anonymous user. I was redirected to login page. I logged by shibboleth account. I was redirect to page with License Agreement. I agreed and then I got message, that this page isn't working.
