Add support for debug mode to skip certain segments

the --debug mode is essential for fast prototyping. But when a study involves a consent form, pre-study questions, and post-study questions, the tester needs to wade through all parts. It would be ideal to have the debug allow the tester to jump to specific segments e.g., --debug=[con,pre,ann,post,all] or something like that.
