Add a user progress bar

The program should tell the user how much of the program is left for them to comment to show them how much progress they have made. The optimal version should show the user how many methods are left for them to comment and ignore automatically commented methods and not focus on how many lines of code there are. Although it might weight the size of the methods in lines of code and number of parameters to give an idea of how much typing is left. (A big method will probably mean a larger comment)
