Docker package build for 1.8.3 failed?

Hi, I was wondering why the 1.8.3 version is not available as docker container. It seems like building the package failed: https://github.com/dbt-labs/dbt-bigquery/actions/runs/11393166797/job/31704646787

Did anyone notice this? Not sure if I should open an issue or what.
