Describe the bug
Maybe not a bug, but a misunderstanding of how this works or user error. I have added a widget to my launcher screen. The widget is set up to display random item. I've read elsewhere it is set to rotate every 60 minutes. However it never appears to change the photo displayed unless I click on the widget to open the viewer, then return to my launcher and it has changed.

To Reproduce
Add as widget to launcher. Set to random item, never changes the displayed photo

Expected behavior
Displayed photo should rotate at some interval.

System Information
On a pixel 8a running GrapheneOS
