The newly added Dynamic albums Split action is great, but it also need the ability to overwrite the album that was just split.

In settings you can go and add a dynamic album in the left navbar. I have several of those there:

  • SortedAlbums -> photos that I favorited and placed in Albums created with Aves
  • NeedSorting -> photos that need to be sorted (any new photo I take should land here)
  • ToBackup -> photos that were favorited and need to be placed in a SortedAlbum

To achieve this, from time to time I currently need to update the NeedSorting to exclude albums created with Aves. This is currently not possible because, after I Split the album I cannot save with the same name. And if I save with a new name , then I need to update change also SortedAlbum and ToBackup and update the navbar with the new albums

I've hesitated between allowing replacement here and having the button showing the existing one. I agree that replacing would be helpful.
