a problem with SR reads

I found that there are no SR reads in the result file, but I can see the SR reads on the IGV plot, and I want to confirm what kind read will be assigned as SR?

see the "IGV-SR" read cigars in bam file, we can find ： the sum of the red position （figure below） == breakpoint position :

Whether the read does not cover the breakpoint is not determined as an SR？or other reasons？
