does not replace variable correctly for GitHub actions #49

When generating the files it currently injects the variable as such:

//npm.pkg.github.com/:\_authToken=$TOKEN

However to get an action on GitHub to correctly populate the variable at build time, it needs to be as such:

//npm.pkg.github.com/:\_authToken=${TOKEN}
