Is your feature request related to a problem?

My players would like to enjoy some music while they visit the lobby.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an option to play jukebox music in the lobby. The music would be stored inside a new folder called songs in the nbs format.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None.

Additional context

We can use the NoteblockAPI to implement this.
