Potential users and contributors would probably want to know the license terms for this library, even though it's in an early stage of development.

@dflemstr: I would like to bring attention to this issue once more. As you have stated in the README, this project isn't actively maintained anymore and the fact there are no licenses stated in the project makes it basically impossible to legally contribute additional features to the project. I would suggest dual-licensing under Apache-2.0 and MIT.

@magnonellie the license as stated in Cargo.toml is Apache-2.0. You are right in that this should be clarified through an explicit LICENSE file.
