Add sample credential and email templates to our deployment

Add various templates for expected scenarios (degree, maybe even bachelors vs masters, phd; certificate of attendance?; ?) to give evaluators a better sense of how this could all work for them.

And of course, as part of this, look at possible 'standard' templates for certain things, to promote consistency across issuers.
