Gift card

A way to issue a gift card or be able to add to the saldo of a specific user.

Money on Nibble has become a standard on some Online competitions and "kurs", but there isn't a good way to handle these "gift cards" at the moment. The only requirement from an accounting standpoint is that someone needs to pay for it. It can be implemented as an item in the store, or as a payment to the specific user using the dashboard, or something else, it is up to you guys at dotkom <3.

I'll look into it, but I don't quite know how to handle this. I guess I could simply create an item with a custom handler in nibble, but it is quite hacky.

I'll bring it up during our next meeting.
