incorrect data pathway
problems with dockerhub

checked dockerhub in question here and it worked.

didn't have bowtie2 installed.

yay -S bowtie2-git

running the docker phlat command outside of toil but in the workDir causes error

Could not locate a Bowtie index corresponding to basename "/data/index4phlat/ucsc.artHLA"
