as I've already mentioned in the macOS browser repo, I've become an avid user of your iOS + macOS browsers in the last few months, moreover I've done several contributions to your amazing Autoconsent project. The Copy tooltip is not displayed.
Expected behavior
In step 4, the Copy tooltip should be displayed. In fact, there are some parts where the Copy tooltip shows properly, e.g. anywhere on the first page of this example PDF. I wasn't able to pinpoint whether it's the fact that it's the first page (because it seems that from 2nd page forward, the Copy tooltip stops showing - at least in this example file), or if the reason is the PDF structure and there's something that trips the browser up.
