If update only one file field doctrine not call preUpdate - not updated fields in database.

I think need write in doc - in setFile function need reset fileName field (after that preUpdate set new value)

This is releated to #123, #106, and #96.

I provide already a fix in #106, it would be great if you can test it in your application.
