Steps and step ranges are both available in the DestinE DTs for different params

What happened?

Listing the fdb will return both steps and step ranges in the DestinE DTs if we do not add param in the pre-path. To work now, we need to add the param in the pre-path, but we can't retrieve data for both params that have steps and params that have step ranges in a single request.
