  1. to support the version info;
  2. to support other type of wasm files, eg: http_gate wasm file and front proxy wasm file;
  3. to support the future reboot on certain block number.
  4. To support the digestion checks of the wasm file

Could we keep one version of old wasm file on on-chain state? To quickly revert to the last version if new version meets certain problem.
