Scrollbar in console

Several people in the far2l chat and here on GitHub have asked whether it’s possible to add a scrollbar to the far2l virtual terminal, like in all other terminals. As it turns out, we don’t have a separate ticket for this, so here’s a new one.

The reason is that positioning a very large output with a scrollbar is MUCH faster than scrolling with the mouse wheel.
