The FMVs are encoded with Bink, which isn't necessarily the best/most optimized video playback software. There's a chance the 60 fps framerate and/or the high resolution of the video files is too taxing for your computer. You might need to use the original/vanilla FMVs. You can delete the sh2e\movie\ folder to remove our project's FMVs.
