Set default dall-e version to use

I would like to use 'dall-e-3' as the default. Is there a way for me to configure this from this package?

Note, when I try and limit the models to 'dall-e-3' via the API, I get a 403 error. However, when I do not, the package works as expected (presumably using 'dall-e-2'.
