CentBrowser is my favorite main browser, but it cannot install your extension from the app store, showing "Download error: invalid mainfest".
It may be that its Chromimu version is relatively old and the update is also slow, but it does support MV3. For example, I can install the following one normally:
https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/%E9%9A%90%E5%BD%A2%E6%BB%9A%E5%8A%A8%E6%9D%A1/nphnhlhdlbonnekhjlmphinfnmekiifk

If you are interested, you can find CentBrowser from the following:
CentBrowser v5.1.1130.129 [64-bit Portable] (Chromium 118.0.5993.159)

Thanks for your report!
I have an idea why it may happen, but I'm not sure if we should support outdated browser versions, considering Chromium 118 is more than a year old as for now.

To resolve this, we would likely need to create separate releases for Chrome and Firefox with different manifest keys, which will add some extra friction to the release proccess which I would like to avoid at this point.
