What about when I follow someone? Do they get something from me? Do I get something from them?

Following someone usually means subscribing to their data feed.

In this case it might be listening to the changes introduced on their subscription list.

Or maybe the reads associated to the entries in that list?

But is there any 'content' that is native to the platform? Can I post to the platform? Or do I have to only post elsewhere and subscribe?
