Before using throttled. The package power throttled to 15W after 10s. This limitation is removed after installed. The 95C thermal throttle is still working to prevent damage.

To detect power supply properly, I need to edit the following line in throttled.conf:

Sysfs_Power_Path: /sys/class/power_supply/ADP1/online

Monitoring result with throttled.py --monitor:
throttled
