Dropdown field with options "New" and "Renewal"
Below "Membership Type" field
Read-only
"New" value if membership records don't exist
"Renewal" if membership exists
Auto fetch "From" and "To" fields
Current day and one year from the current day if new membership
If renewal, fetch latesh memberships "To" date and increase by 1
