Current records in the ORNL "Files" core: 42,469,744
Current records in the ORNL "Datasets" core: 9,130,715

LLNL: 9448165 datasets
~45000000 files (rounding up)

So 60,000,000 entries per index is probably a reasonable round number for each site.
