If time permits, I'd like to start a discussion about how we can improve our overall ACD process. A lot happened when working on Pectra and there's clearly broad interest from the community to see us rethink how we approach things.

I don't think we can cover all of this on the call, so I'd like to have a more meta discussion about the best path forward to facilitate reflection and feedback on ACD. Do we want to set aside a couple calls to discuss this explicitly? Have an EthMagicians thread for anyone to propose and debate improvements? Run "ACD Process breakouts"? etc.
