Update Validator to accept new component names in environment schema

With the switch to configmanager for environment generation there were also some schema changes such as the attributes "cc-1" being changed to "cc" similarly: "sc-1" to "sc","clc-1" to "clc". There are also some other changes as well such as how/where walrus is defined. The validator should be updated to accept both old and new values.
