Intensified Working Meeting to deliver on Proposal items

• catching up on Regular Meeting April 11th #80 to create feasible outputs.

• Create Token to vote on DAO for further topic handling

• We will probably switch to Summon DAO - as it seems to have a better pricing structure (caveat could be that there is only one admin account)

• Poll: create a change request to reduce the amount of events and the increase budget for hosts (currently 400 ADA)
