We did not get funded, now what?

Skimming the reviews for our proposal left us with an incredibly positive feeling to get this funding.
This feeling was based to the amount of reviews as well as to the positive feedback we did get from the reviewers.
However, we did not pass the treshold of 1% of total ADA voting.
Marcus is currently onboarding 2-3 members of OdyC DAO which did cut in our current budget.

• Strategy moving forward
  • creating a minimal viable awareness campaign for ECC
  • preparing ECC to be led by an interchangeable team
• Cleaning-up Discord
  • reduce channels to the minimal amount needed
  • reduce roles to the minimal amount needed for a DAO
• create templates for Operations and CHWS
  • reporting Catalyst
  • CHWS blueprints
  • add proper guidelines for new joiners
