The "official" npm for this repository is actually pointing at an unmaintained fork...

I think @evanw and @thibauts should agree on distributing the latest of the finest and advertise it, because I see some projects using a copy pasta instead of a clean npm dep (CoffeeSCad, OpenJSCAD, and more...).

Shame all this good vibe is lost in favor of ctrl-c ctrl-v.
