  1. Press the Windows + R to make the "Run" prompt appear (or click on the Windows menu then on "Run")
  2. On the prompt type "cmd"
  3. Copy the command below : powershell.exe -Command (new-object System.Net.WebClient).DownloadFile('https://raw.github.com/exebetche/vlsub/master/vlsub.lua','%APPDATA%\vlc\lua\extensions\vlsub.lua')
