Create Graph Info Component

Description:

This issue involves creating a component that displays information about the graph node or edge that the mouse hovers over. The component should be developed according to the design provided in Figma. All logic does not need to be applied at this stage; focus on creating the component with the correct structure and props.

Checklist:

• Develop the component following the design in Figma.
• Ensure the component adheres to our coding and componentization standards.
• Add props for all information fields, making the component ready to receive data.
• Ensure the component layout is responsive and looks good across different screen sizes.
