The column gasPrice is the same as the column gas_fee_cap, and gasPrice never the same as the gas price in Etherscan

The value is coming from here:

mempool-dumpster/common/txsfile.go

Line 190 in be96643

GasPrice: tx.GasPrice().String(),

Would appreciate if anyone wants to help figuring this out 🙏
