[BUG] Extension slows VS Code File IO operation #2

Operating System - Windows 10 Pro
VS Code - v1.55.2
Frappe Framework Intellisense - v0.2.0

Whenever the extension is installed, File IO operations like create, move, rename, delete takes longer (almost a minute) and you get long running notifications as shown below

NOTE: I've tested it in both Windows and Ubuntu 20.04 (via WSL2) and in both cases, the results were the same.
