switch from development to production

hey, it's great to have frappe to built an lms for our organization. but we need to build it on development environment first then after that deploy it on production environment. I can't find it at documentations, could you provide how to switch or we need to start all over again by installing using self-hosted method?

I found that simply use nginx to reverse proxy the port to 443, but I don't know yet the consequences of this method
