Transfer and use design of freenode/web-7.0

Well the idea is to give the two sites a more streamlined look by applying the styles of freenode/web-7.0 and the forms plugin (developed but not committed, issue with gist link open) and some additional tweaks to give freenode and GMS a streamlined look
